~ Koester’s Call Center works with numeric and alpha pagers, as well as text messaging or we can call the person to pass messages. The method we use to contact on a message is also the customer’s choice and can be changed if needed. We provide two way text messaging through SMS.
~ Our call center is equipped with a natural gas generator with APC battery backup which supplies power to our heating and air, all computers, and lighting.
~ All answering service computers and servers are redundant with fail over switches.
~ Koester’s call center has redundant internet providers.
